cable systems
The copper used to produce the cables is drawn directly at the TI.CA factory plants to reduce the wire diameter to the required size.
Stranding is also carried out directly in-house, which makes it possible to obtain the diameters required by each customer.

DRAWING
The insulation of the conductor wires and sheaths are carried out on automatic extrusion lines and during the process the state-of-the-art equipment controls the electrical rigidity, the diameter using laser beams and the centring operation.

The different machines comprising the stranding plant lines make it possible to group from 2 up to 56 different sized conductor wires.
EXTRUSION AND

The coiling machine shieldings are carried out in a designated area and make it possible to create any type of shielding: in copper with wires of different diameters, in aluminium, fabric, Kevlar and coloured polypropylene tape, according to customer demands.
All machines, equipment and other auxiliary machines are installed on the processing lines to produce cables according to the customer's specific request.
